About the Role

Emperor is seeking an Annual Reporting Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting client communication and project delivery within corporate annual reporting. The Account Manager will assist in managing accounts, ensuring efficient handling of client communications and projects, and contributing to account growth by identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. Success in this role is measured by the ability to provide excellent client service, contribute to smooth project delivery, and actively support the growth of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high-quality client experience.
• Support day-to-day client communication across corporate annual reporting projects, providing clear and proactive updates.
• Assist in the delivery of projects across multiple communication disciplines, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
• Support senior team members in managing daily client requests, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation, including agendas, contact reports, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, coordinating resources and resolving delivery issues.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help track and report on the performance of client campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are met and accurately documented.
• Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts and assist in developing strategies for account growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the agency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with clients through reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with senior team members to develop and manage annual report timelines, budgets, and project plans.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience working in an agency environment on client projects, including digital initiatives.
• Involvement in business development activities.
