About the Role

RED Global is seeking an Application Service Manager for Cloud Application Services (CAS) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension, requiring occasional onsite travel. The role focuses on managing application services for CAS customers, ensuring operational excellence and a unified customer experience.

Role Context

The Application Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of CAS engagements, from transition and onboarding to ongoing operations and offboarding. This includes maintaining operational processes, orchestrating communication between various teams, and ensuring service execution aligns with key business metrics. The role also involves proactive identification of optimization opportunities and driving engagement with other SAP stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an Application Service Manager for Cloud Application Services (CAS) customers.
• Create and maintain operational processes to ensure engagement excellence.
• Develop and maintain the CAS Execution Plan.
• Orchestrate unified communication with all involved teams.
• Manage CAS engagements across the entire customer lifecycle (Transition, Onboarding, Operations & Offboarding).
• Ensure successful service execution through regular oversight of key business metrics (margin, revenue, consumption, and c-sat).
• Promote service quality excellence and a one-stop shop CAS experience.
• Drive engagement and alignment with other SAP Stakeholders (ECS, Premium Engagement, Professional Services, etc.) to provide a unified customer experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and adoption, suggesting potential improvements to customers, leveraging extensive SAP applications knowledge.
• Drive CAS engagement and promote SAP’s product and service portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP applications is essential.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is a contract position for an initial duration of 12 months, with possibilities for extension. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will require occasional onsite travel as needed.
