About the Role

Ife-Innovative Frequency is seeking a dedicated Application Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to coordinating application implementation activities, managing communication with customers and technical stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise application projects. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience and a solid understanding of enterprise applications, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and technical delivery processes.

Role Overview and Impact

The Application Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the application implementation and post-deployment support lifecycle. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of enterprise application architecture, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and IT service management processes. The specialist will be instrumental in managing application deployments, upgrades, and operational support, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, customers, vendors, and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure assigned activities are completed according to the project plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Support enterprise application implementation, integration, upgrade, and post-deployment activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Coordinate application testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production readiness, where applicable.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, technical reports, status updates, and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, change management, and release management processes.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and service request activities related to enterprise applications, ensuring proper tracking, escalation, and closure.
• Support deployment planning, production cutover activities, and post-implementation validation.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise application support, implementation, or project coordination.
• Demonstrated experience with application deployments and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and IT service management processes.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and project teams.
