About the Role

Core Code IO is seeking a Full-time Appointment Setter to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively initiate conversations, manage objections, and consistently follow up with prospects to generate qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Introduce the company, products, or services to prospective customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, requirements, interest, and potential fit.
  • Schedule qualified appointments, meetings, consultations, or demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not immediately ready to schedule.
  • Handle basic questions and objections while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
  • Accurately record prospect information, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and activity targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly transferred and followed up.
  • Provide feedback regarding prospect responses, objections, and common customer needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.
  • Experience making outbound calls and communicating with prospective customers.
  • Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently.
  • Ability to work toward daily and monthly performance targets.
