The Role: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves directing, controlling, and effectively managing the van sales operations within an assigned territory, with a specific focus on the company's poultry products. The role is central to achieving sales targets and ensuring operational efficiency in the designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the budgeted volume and margin for Poultry products to meet the company’s targeted profit objectives.
• Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Supervisors to ensure all assigned areas deliver the targeted volume and margin.
• Continuously monitor and review the overall team performance within the territory.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector or a similar distribution-focused environment. A proven track record in managing sales operations and achieving targets is essential.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic sales environment, requiring active management of field operations.
