The Opportunity: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking an Area Sales Manager II (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves directing and managing van sales operations within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products. The manager will continuously monitor and review team performance to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products to contribute to the company’s profit objectives.
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales supervisors to ensure all areas deliver targeted volume and margin.
• Directly control and effectively manage van sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Continuously review team performance to ensure operational efficiency and target attainment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2years of relevant experience in sales management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and monitor sales teams effectively.
• Experience in achieving sales volume and margin targets, preferably within the FMCG or poultry sector.
