About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a highly competent and technically experienced Asphalt Specialist / Paving and Materials Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for the effective management and execution of infrastructure and road projects within the city, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of asphalt mix testing and quality control, ensuring full compliance with approved technical specifications.
• Monitor on-site asphalt spreading and compaction operations, verifying that required compaction ratios and temperature standards are consistently met.
• Prepare and meticulously review asphalt mix designs, as well as daily and periodic quality reports.
• Coordinate directly with project consultants and relevant authorities to secure approvals for materials and both field and laboratory tests.
• Supervise road milling and re-paving activities, and efficiently address any structural pavement defects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 7 continuous years of experience with a single first-class classified road contracting company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the general technical specifications set by the Ministry of Transport and the Riyadh Region Municipality for construction and asphalt works.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability for consistent field presence and meticulous monitoring of operations.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior, proven experience in Riyadh Region Municipality (Amanat Riyadh) projects are highly preferred, particularly those involving road efficiency improvement and upgrading initiatives.
