About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Assistant Director of Group, Conference and Events Sales to join its full-time team in Riyadh. This role is central to driving the hotel’s group revenue strategy and ensuring the delivery of memorable experiences for guests. The Assistant Director will oversee group sales efforts, aligning team priorities with annual revenue goals for group rooms and banquets.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this full-time position include:

• Shaping and executing the hotel’s group sales strategy, ensuring alignment of team initiatives with annual revenue targets for group rooms and banquets.
• Driving commercial performance by developing and implementing business strategies that contribute to Rooms, Catering, and Event revenue streams, consistent with broader commercial objectives.
• Setting and optimizing the pricing approach through collaboration with commercial leadership to establish group pricing and rate strategies that maximize revenue and competitive market share.
• Developing data-driven sales strategies utilizing performance metrics, demand forecasts, and competitive insights to inform sales plans, adjust deployment and mix strategies, and align activities with revenue goals and market conditions.
• Facilitating strategic planning by contributing to the hotel’s Annual Strategic Intentions and Commercial Strategy in partnership with regional sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
• Cultivating a high-performing team through talent recruitment, driving team growth, and enhancing engagement via performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
