About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Conference & Events Assistant Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports the sales strategies for group, conference, and event services, contributing to the hotel's overall revenue objectives.

Role Purpose

The Assistant Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting the Groups, Conference, and Events Sales Manager. This position focuses on driving conference and banqueting revenue and profit, ensuring sales process excellence, and contributing to memorable experiences for guests by meeting client expectations throughout the event planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue growth by assisting the Groups, Conference and Events Sales Manager in driving conference and banqueting revenue and profit through proactive selling, calendar management, and pricing strategy.
• Ensure sales process excellence by upholding high standards across all conference and events sales processes, including accurate quoting and consistent vendor pricing across channels.
• Coordinate onboarding in partnership with HR and commercial leaders to ensure appropriate delivery of onboarding and training plans for Revenue, Reservations, and Conference & Events teams.
• Support client satisfaction and event success by collaborating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are understood and met throughout the planning process, contributing to a seamless event experience.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining internal controls to ensure all sales processes align with Hilton standards, hotel brand guidelines, and operational policies.
• Promote the hotel by supporting and participating in promotional initiatives to increase visibility and attract new business opportunities.
