About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Assistant Manager Investment Management to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the evaluation, origination, and management of real estate investment opportunities for the company.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role that involves close collaboration with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions. The Assistant Manager will apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework and manage the financial performance of real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in market research to identify potential investment areas.
• Perform rigorous financial due diligence on prospective investments.
• Create sophisticated financial models to assess the profitability and risks associated with potential investments.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, analysts, and associates, as well as external stakeholders such as banks, consultants, and legal advisors, to ensure project success.
• Understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A strong background in investment management and financial modelling.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, and private equity is preferred.
