About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking an Assistant Valet Manager to oversee the paid valet parking operation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience. The Assistant Valet Manager will lead a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with airport regulations and company policies while maximizing revenue and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, developing strategies for seamless vehicle flow and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources based on passenger traffic and demand.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage contingency plans during peak periods, flight disruptions, and special events.
  • Ensure the delivery of a premium hospitality experience for all guests, handling VIPs and customer escalations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the valet operation's Profit & Loss (P&L), including budget development and expenditure management.
  • Monitor revenue performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash, POS transactions, and digital payments.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and strategic partnerships to increase valet utilization.
  • Oversee valet management software and digital booking platforms, ensuring system availability and integration.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Leadership and Compliance

  • Lead, coach, and develop the valet operations team, including recruitment, training, and onboarding.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and code of conduct.
  • Maintain strict adherence to airport regulations, security requirements, and safe vehicle handling practices.
  • Ensure proper key control and vehicle security procedures.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with airport authorities, security teams, airlines, and technology partners.
  • Represent the valet operation during operational meetings and stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Must possess a valid local driving license.
