Associate Architect Tamkeen Program (Saudi National)

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an Associate Architect to join the Tamkeen Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing a developmental opportunity within the architecture and engineering field.

Role Overview and Development

The Associate Architect will learn and perform various engineering duties, applying fundamental engineering techniques and analyses within a specific discipline. This role is developmental, focusing on training under close supervision in engineering theories and practices, while gaining exposure to Company procedures. Assignments may include participation in a structured rotational program covering areas such as Project Controls, Procurement, Construction Management, and various engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply basic engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.
• Receive training in the utilization of engineering theories and practices.
• Gain exposure to Company procedures and operational methodologies.
• Participate in structured rotational assignments, potentially including Project Controls, Procurement, and Construction Management.
• Work with CAE (computer-aided engineering) and CAD (computer-aided design) applications as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Desired Skills

• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically used in engineering.

Work Environment and Expectations

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Associate Architect should be prepared for potential travel or relocation to supplier, client, or construction site locations as part of their assignments.
