Training and Awareness

  • Assisting in preparing and delivering training and awareness materials on ABC, internal fraud, and whistleblowing for employees, management, and third parties.
  • Supporting induction and periodic refresher training sessions, and coordinating role-specific training for higher-risk functions.
  • Coordinating with Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Corporate Communications on training campaigns and awareness materials.
  • Supporting the development of ABC and internal fraud awareness initiatives to promote a strong fraud risk culture.
  • Preparing awareness materials on whistleblowing channels, covering reporting methods, confidentiality, and protection from retaliation.
  • Monitoring training completion rates, following up on non-completion, and maintaining complete and auditable training records.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training and awareness activities and updating materials to reflect developments and findings.

Financial Crime Alignment

  • Participating in coordination forums and working groups between internal fraud, AML, compliance, information security, cyber crime, and counter-fraud functions.
  • Coordinating with relevant internal functions on cases presenting cross-functional exposure, including cyber-enabled internal fraud and potential money laundering indicators.
  • Supporting information sharing between control functions on cases, red flags, and typologies within applicable confidentiality and data protection limits.
  • Identifying and documenting linkages and recurring patterns across internal fraud, cyber, and other financial crime cases for reporting.
  • Enforcing and complying with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, and practices within departmental activities.
