About CEER

CEER is a company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role for an Associate Technician After Sales Quality Control is an integral part of the After Sales Operations, focusing on maintaining high standards of repair quality and operational efficiency within the workshop.

Role Purpose

The Associate Technician After Sales Quality Control is responsible for ensuring the highest level of repair quality and operational performance within the workshop. This involves implementing effective quality control procedures, minimizing repeat repairs, and improving the Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) performance. The role supports technicians in delivering repairs that meet both dealership and manufacturer standards, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, and compliance with CEER’s After Sales Operation Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive static and dynamic inspections to validate repair quality.
  • Track Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) performance and minimize repeat repair (comebacks) cases.
  • Conduct test drives, including drivability assessments and comeback evaluations to confirm repair accuracy.
  • Review Repair Orders to ensure accurate diagnosis, clear job descriptions, and proper documentation.
  • Return incomplete or incorrect jobs to technicians with clear feedback and root-cause explanations.
  • Maintain Quality Control logs and prepare Non-FRFT case analysis reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and diagnostic support to technicians to enhance repair quality.
  • Assist in allocating jobs based on technician skill level and workload.
  • Track service campaign completion, warranty compliance, and adherence to dealership operating standards.
  • Ensure compliance with CEER After Sales standards and warranty procedures.
  • Report technical issues and workshop concerns to management, ensuring timely escalation and effective resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Technical High School or High School diploma.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing, and repairs, or any relevant field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a workshop setting focused on after-sales quality control and operational performance.
