The Role: Associate Transformation & Change Management

Cenomi Retail is seeking an Associate Transformation & Change Management to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the design, coordination, and tracking of transformation and change management programs. The Associate will work under the direction of the Transformation Manager and CTO, providing essential analytical and operational support to ensure projects are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of transformation charters, project trackers, and progress dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis on cost, manpower, and operational KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives.
• Support the rollout of change management initiatives, including the development of communications and training materials.
• Maintain the Transformation Governance Structure database and documentation repository.
• Prepare performance and risk management reports for the Transformation Committee.
• Liaise with business owners and the Project Management Office (PMO) to collect initiative updates and performance metrics.
• Support workshops and alignment sessions between various departments.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
