Role Overview: Full-Time Associate

Strategy& (PwC) Saudi is seeking a Full-Time Associate for the Riyadh office. This role is designed for individuals from the AUC class of 2027 who possess strong analytical and reasoning skills, coupled with a drive to develop creative solutions for complex client issues. Associates are expected to communicate ideas clearly within a team setting and demonstrate a blend of intellectual ability, imagination, and professional integrity.

Associate Responsibilities and Expectations

Associates at Strategy& are expected to contribute to client engagements by applying their analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Key aspects of the role include:

Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Associate position should meet the following qualifications:

• A post-secondary degree (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree or equivalent) from a top-tier business or engineering university.
• Up to four years of work experience in industry or consulting.
• International experience gained through internships or study abroad programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team experiences.
• Evidence of personal achievements, such as involvement in social organizations, personal endeavors, or sports.
• Proficiency in the use of computer programs and tools, including spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.

This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
