The Role: Auto Technician Team Leader

Syarah is seeking an Auto Technician Team Leader to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves leading a team of automotive technicians and ensuring high standards of vehicle inspection and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership capabilities to contribute to the company's growth objectives in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle defects.
• Conduct road tests to accurately determine vehicle faults.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of subordinate technicians.
• Inspect the quality of work performed by automotive technicians.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an automotive technician role.
• Demonstrated experience in using diagnostic equipment for fault identification.
• Proven ability to perform road tests and diagnose vehicle issues.
• Strong technical skills and leadership qualities.
