We are seeking an Auto Technician Team Leader to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to help us achieve our growth objectives in the automotive sector.

Role Overview

The Auto Technician Team Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the technical activities related to vehicle inspection and reconditioning. This full-time position involves leading a team of automotive technicians, ensuring the quality of work performed, and utilizing diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle defects. The role requires a professional with strong technical skills and leadership capabilities to maintain high standards in vehicle preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic equipment to accurately locate vehicle defects.
• Conduct road tests to determine and confirm vehicle faults.
• Coordinate and manage the daily activities of subordinate automotive technicians.
• Inspect the work performed by automotive technicians to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in automotive technical roles.
• Demonstrated experience in using diagnostic equipment for vehicle fault identification.
• Proven experience in road testing vehicles to diagnose issues.
• Strong technical skills in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Leadership qualities and experience in coordinating team activities.
