About the Role

Ericsson is seeking an Automated Operations Engineer Access TX to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose

The Automated Operations Engineer will contribute to service assurance activities, automation initiatives, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and handle incidents across telecom and IT environments.
• Perform initial troubleshooting, event analysis, and incident escalation in accordance with defined operational procedures.
• Assist in the execution of operational reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking activities.
• Support automation initiatives, including the use and maintenance of scripts, dashboards, and workflow tools.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Contribute to service assurance activities and ensure adherence to operational processes and procedures.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and automation enhancements.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of operational documentation, reports, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in shift-based operations to ensure service continuity and compliance with operational targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to telecom network technologies and managed services practices.
• Participate in training and continuous learning activities related to telecom operations, automation, and emerging technologies.

Required Experience
