About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a skilled AV/IT Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a results-driven professional specializing in the design, engineering, and commissioning of complex Enterprise Command Centers (ECC).

Role Summary

The AV/IT Consultant will be responsible for bridging disparate AV, IoT, and building automation subsystems into centralized, unified management platforms. A key aspect of this role involves architecting scalable control environments that streamline facility-wide monitoring, diagnostics, and operational oversight. Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise control architectures and dashboard centralization for ECCs.
• Implement centralized diagnostic logging for unified management systems.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop RFP/tender documents.
• Manage cross-trade coordination and vendor relationships.
• Oversee system commissioning to ensure operational readiness.

Required Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in controller integration platforms such as Crestron (Fusion/XiO), Extron (GlobalViewer), and AMX (RMS).
• Experience with audio DSPs including Dante and Q-SYS, and Biamp Tesira.
• Expertise in Video-over-IP (VoIP/AVoIP) solutions.
• Familiarity with VTC Infrastructure from vendors like Cisco and Poly.
• Knowledge of Digital Signage systems.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AV/IT consulting, specifically in ECC design and commissioning.
• Proven track record of architecting scalable control environments.
• Ability to integrate diverse AV, IoT, and building automation subsystems.
• Strong understanding of centralized, unified management platforms.
