About the Role: IT Network / AV Sales

Datacore Solutions is seeking a results-driven IT Network / Audio Visual [AV] Sales professional to expand market presence and generate business opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and focuses on identifying projects at an early stage, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and managing sales opportunities from inception to closure.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this position is to drive business development within the ICT, AV, Security, Data Centers, and Smart Building solutions sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying new opportunities across various client segments, including government, semi-government entities, developers, consultants, contractors, and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across government, semi-government, developers, consultants, contractors, and enterprise accounts.
• Build a strong sales pipeline in ICT, AV, Security, Data Centers, and Smart Building solutions.
• Identify projects before tender or RFQ issuance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project owners, consultants, PMCs, main contractors, MEP contractors, and technology partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Coordinate with Presales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to develop technically and commercially competitive solutions.
• Monitor market developments, project awards, competitor activity, and upcoming procurement opportunities.
• Achieve agreed revenue, gross-profit, and pipeline targets.

Required Experience and Sector Knowledge

• Proven track record in generating and closing technology or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in the following sectors:
  • ICT Infrastructure
  • Audio-Visual Systems
  • Command & Control Centers
  • Networking & Telecommunications
  • Physical Security and ELV
  • Data Centers
• Existing professional network among Saudi government entities, consultants, developers, contractors, or enterprise customers.

Essential Skills and Understanding

• Strong understanding of project-based sales, tender cycles, prequalification processes, RFQs, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into clear, value-based proposals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Work Environment and Mobility

This role requires a valid Saudi driving license and a willingness to attend client meetings and travel across various cities within Saudi Arabia as needed to meet business objectives.
