Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the bar team to ensure high performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Bar Supervisor, Bartender, or in bar management is preferred.
• A presentable appearance combined with a strong, charming, charismatic, and confident personality.
• Demonstrated passion for interacting with guests and enhancing their experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team with a hands-on, team-first, and lead-by-example approach.
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and ownership in all tasks.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
