The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Bartender (Dry) to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is suited for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to upholding high standards of service and operational excellence within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders for guests accurately according to specified recipes and using precise measuring systems.
• Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and all related tools.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and transport supplies to the bar set-up area.
• Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables, placing them in designated areas.
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs for all bar supplies.
• Process all payment methods.
• Count the bank at the end of each shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank.
• Secure coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Complete all closing duties for the bar area.

• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; and complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are consistently clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Ensure adherence to all quality expectations and standards in all tasks.

Guest Service and Team Collaboration

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (*, small print).
