About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a BIM Manager Stations and Infrastructure to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining digital 3D models for infrastructure projects and other structures. The role is integral to the project lifecycle, from initial design and construction through to operation and maintenance.

Role Overview

The BIM Manager serves as a central reference point throughout the construction process. This position ensures that all involved parties have a clear understanding of project requirements and progress at any given time. The models developed contain detailed information regarding design, construction, and performance, supporting informed decision-making across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital 3D models for infrastructure projects and various structures.
• Manage and maintain detailed Building Information Models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure models accurately reflect project design, construction, and performance data.
• Facilitate the use of BIM models as a primary reference point for all project stakeholders.
• Support project teams from the design phase through construction, operation, and maintenance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Demonstrated experience in creating, managing, and maintaining digital 3D models for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software and methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC. The role involves working on significant infrastructure projects, contributing to their successful execution and long-term performance.
