Overview of the BIM Manager Role

We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead, implement, and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for the Sharaan Resort #1 Project in KSA. This full-time role involves ensuring BIM workflows align with project objectives and contractual requirements, overseeing the coordination and integration of all disciplines within the digital design and construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific BIM Execution Plan, adhering to client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, fostering collaboration among architecture, engineering, and construction teams, and resolving model-related issues.
• Manage and monitor the quality, accuracy, and completeness of BIM models submitted by consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee model federations, clash detection, and reporting to support constructability reviews, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Liaise with the project team and stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and integration across all project phases.
• Establish BIM protocols, workflows, and standards tailored to the Sharaan Resort #1 project, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to internal and external team members on BIM-related processes and tools.
• Maintain documentation of BIM deliverables, revisions, and approvals throughout the design and construction stages.
• Prepare and submit regular BIM progress reports to project management and client representatives.
• Assist in the procurement and adoption of BIM technologies, software, and hardware as required for the project.
• Collaborate with IT and digital project leads to ensure data security and model integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 8 years of relevant experience in BIM management or a similar capacity within civil engineering or construction projects. Demonstrated leadership in BIM implementation and strong technical proficiency in BIM software and processes are essential.

Project and Location

This position is based in Al Ula, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically for the prestigious Sharaan Resort #1 Project. The role is full-time, contributing to a significant infrastructure development in the region.
