BIM Manager

About the Role

Marco is seeking a BIM Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and workflows across various project disciplines. The BIM Manager will be responsible for ensuring model quality and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM implementation, standards, and workflows across all project disciplines.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes effectively.
• Manage BIM teams, ensuring model quality and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Oversee clash detection and resolution processes.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM models.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage BIM teams and processes.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and project requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a project-focused environment. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
