About the Role

Alyasra Foods is seeking a Brand Manager Frozen Vegetables to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on driving customer acquisition and long-term customer relationship management. The Brand Manager will ensure strong brand activation and marketing execution within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a particular emphasis on expanding the brand’s presence in the HORECA market.

Strategic Focus and Market Impact

This position involves leveraging competitor and commercial analysis to support pricing strategies, SKU optimization, and identification of growth opportunities. The Brand Manager translates market insights into actionable initiatives designed to strengthen brand performance, profitability, and visibility across key customer segments. This includes effective customer engagement, premium in-market execution, and consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the brand strategy and ensure its premium positioning is reflected across the market, including conducting market visits to key accounts to assess execution, visibility, and growth opportunities.
• Lead brand activation activities, visibility implementation, and Point of Sale Material (POSM) deployment, ensuring all customer-facing materials align with brand standards.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and acquire high-potential customers within the HORECA segment, developing tailored product proposals and SKU recommendations aligned with customer needs and profitability objectives.
• Manage the onboarding and ongoing relationships with selected customers, including key accounts, to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure aligned execution and sustainable account growth.
• Consolidate sales inputs, customer pipelines, and market intelligence into structured data to support brand planning discussions with the Category Manager.
• Coordinate with the Category Manager on order planning, availability updates, special requests, and supply alignment for smooth market execution.
• Equip Sales teams with brand knowledge, product training, and market insights, and prepare pricing inputs and quotations for commercial proposals.
• Participate in sales meetings to track customer progress and support issue resolution, including customer presentations, menu planning, and product demonstrations.
• Engage directly with brand commercial teams on special requests and POSM, communicating market demand patterns, customer insights, and local requirements.
• Analyze product performance, customer consumption, pricing, and margin contribution, maintaining updated datasets, brand trackers, and forecast files.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular brand performance updates to management, using analytical insights to refine brand strategy and support decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer development and commercial execution.
• Strong capabilities in forecasting, analytical tasks, and commercial planning.
• Experience working directly with suppliers is considered an advantage.

Collaboration and Reporting

This role requires close collaboration with internal Sales teams, the Category Manager, and direct engagement with brand commercial teams and principles. The Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining updated datasets, brand trackers, and forecast files, and for preparing regular performance updates and competitor analysis reports for management.
