About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group (شركة دله لصيانة وتشغيل أجهزة تكييف الهواء) is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Technician to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of building systems through the effective management of BMS and associated automation equipment.

Role Summary

The BMS Technician is responsible for the comprehensive operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems. This includes managing HVAC, electrical, lighting, and other integrated control systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant technical procedures, work instructions, and maintenance standards to ensure consistent work performance.
• Perform daily operational and maintenance activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Monitor and operate BMS equipment, HVAC systems, lighting controls, and other integrated building systems.
• Diagnose system faults and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on BMS equipment and control devices.
• Repair or replace defective components, and perform system adjustments, calibration, tuning, and lubrication in accordance with technical manuals and manufacturer recommendations.
• Interpret technical drawings, control diagrams, equipment specifications, and maintenance manuals to perform installation, alignment, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Verify maintenance results by testing system performance and monitoring equipment to detect potential failures or abnormalities.
• Utilize specialized testing, measurement, and calibration instruments to inspect equipment and ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Record maintenance activities and report equipment faults, abnormalities, and deviations from planned work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and other departments during maintenance and repair activities.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), or facilities maintenance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the operational excellence of building systems.
