About the Role

Wipro is seeking a Business Analyst Digital Identity Platform to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves playing a key role in the delivery of a strategic Digital Identity Platform for our client, requiring 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Context and Focus

The Business Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive Digital Identity Platform. This platform encompasses critical areas such as AI Identity Governance, Authorization Services, and Multi-Cloud Security, ensuring robust and secure identity management solutions for the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution design discussions.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support initiatives related to Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), identity governance, and access management.
• Coordinate requirements validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Maintain requirements traceability, project documentation, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a business analyst role, specifically within digital identity, security, or related platform development. A proven track record in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and agile environments is essential for this position.
