Role Overview: Business Analyst Graduate Program

FTI Consulting is offering a full-time Business Analyst – Graduate Program opportunity, specifically for Saudi Nationals, starting in February or September 2027. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will join the Strategy & Transformation team, which provides practical, actionable solutions ranging from strategic planning to execution, aiming to drive sustainable performance and long-term value for clients. The program offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where experienced consultants provide mentorship in identifying challenges, performing in-depth analysis, and generating insights for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth research.
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Synthesizing findings into clear presentations and reports.
• Actively participating in client meetings and internal team meetings.
• Working closely with senior team members to support various aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
