The Role: Financial Analyst Tamheer Program

Syarah is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join its Finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of the Tamheer Program. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including students or recent graduates, who are looking to gain practical experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The analyst will support financial processes, contribute to data analysis, and assist in developing reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and dashboards.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or variances.
• Help monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance summaries.
• Utilize Excel and internal tools for organizing financial data.
• Participate in cost analysis and profit tracking activities.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and interpret business data.
• Support administrative and documentation tasks within the finance department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Pivot Tables and Charts is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Availability for a full-time COOP period (3-6 months), as per university requirements.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Financial Analyst will work within the Finance team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and support the company's growth.
