About the Role

Duncan & Ross is seeking a Business Analyst - Product SME - Corporate Banking (Payments) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on defining business requirements for corporate payable solutions.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to define the business requirements for corporate payable solutions. These solutions enable customers to efficiently initiate, approve, process, and monitor domestic and cross-border payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define payable product features for single, bulk, scheduled, and recurring payments.
  • Document end-to-end journeys covering beneficiary management, payment initiation, authorization, processing, tracking, rejection, and reversal.
  • Define corporate approval structures, user entitlements, transaction limits, and maker-checker workflows.
  • Capture requirements for file upload, host-to-host connectivity, APIs, and corporate digital banking channels.
  • Define requirements for payment cut-offs, value dating, fees, foreign exchange, notifications, and transaction-status reporting.
  • Document handling requirements for duplicates, insufficient funds, invalid beneficiaries, sanctions alerts, and failed transactions.
  • Identify relevant local and international payment ecosystem integrations.
  • Define reconciliation, audit-trail, operational-monitoring, and customer-reporting requirements.
  • Produce detailed BRDs, customer journeys, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
  • Coordinate reviews and drive requirements through formal approval.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in corporate payments, transaction banking, or cash management.
  • Strong experience with bulk payments, payment files, approval workflows, and corporate digital channels.
  • Understanding of domestic and cross-border payment processing and relevant banking ecosystems.
  • Experience developing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for payment platforms, payment hubs, or corporate online banking.
  • Saudi or GCC payments experience is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
