The Role of Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will work closely with both clients and internal teams to thoroughly understand business needs, document requirements, and support the successful delivery of software solutions. This role requires an individual who is analytical, client-focused, and proactive in leveraging modern AI tools to enhance productivity and the quality of documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through structured stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare clear and well-structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Write comprehensive User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Create simple wireframes to effectively support requirement discussions and visualization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Claude, to improve documentation and analysis processes while consistently ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a directly related role.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and a strong client-focused approach.
• Proven ability to document business requirements and create technical specifications effectively.
• Eagerness and aptitude to leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT and Claude, to enhance productivity and the quality of documentation.
