This full-time position involves working closely with clients and internal teams to define business needs and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, client-focused, and proactive in leveraging modern AI tools to enhance productivity and documentation quality.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This involves understanding stakeholder needs, translating them into clear documentation, and collaborating across various project teams. The role emphasizes meticulous documentation and analysis, with an openness to integrating AI tools for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through direct discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive and well-structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to guide development.
• Create simple wireframes to visually support and clarify requirement discussions.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of documentation and analysis, ensuring accuracy of deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within software projects.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing business and functional documentation.

Essential Skills and Advantages

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and facilitating productive discussions.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is considered a strong advantage.
