About the Business Continuity Consultant Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. The consultant will collaborate closely with business units and IT teams to ensure critical business operations remain resilient and recoverable during disruptions, while adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business functions, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
  • Perform business continuity and operational resilience risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Crisis Management Plans, and Disaster Recovery coordination procedures.
  • Facilitate business continuity awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute business continuity exercises, tabletop simulations, and disaster recovery tests.
  • Evaluate test results and recommend improvements to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, information security, and third-party vendors to ensure continuity requirements are addressed.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards such as ISO 22301.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and audit purposes.
  • Support internal and external audits related to business continuity and resilience.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to enhance business continuity capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Business Continuity Management lifecycle and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • Familiarity with Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery concepts.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems.
  • Experience within government, financial services, telecommunications, or large enterprise environments is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively within a dynamic environment, engaging with various internal teams including IT and information security, as well as external third-party vendors, to ensure robust business continuity and resilience across the organization.
