About the Role

Bank of Jordan (KSA) is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is central to ensuring the operational resilience of the bank's Saudi Arabia branches.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across Bank of Jordan – Saudi Arabia Branches. The manager will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and the development of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
• Ensure the readiness and effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities through regular testing, crisis simulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with SAMA requirements, ISO 22301, and other applicable standards.
• Monitor emerging regulations, industry trends, and best practices, recommending enhancements to strengthen operational resilience.
• Support incident and crisis management activities to ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical business services.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs, and KRIs related to business continuity and operational resilience.
• Promote a culture of business continuity through training, awareness programs, and advisory support across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Business Continuity Manager position are required to have 8 years of experience in managing Business Continuity Management programs or a closely related field. A strong understanding of financial sector regulatory requirements, including SAMA, and international standards such as ISO 22301, is essential.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role requires dedicated on-site presence to effectively manage and coordinate the bank's BCM activities.
