The Role of Business Developer & Project Manager

Market Access is seeking a Business Developer & Project Manager to lead operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, dual-function role involves driving business expansion, strengthening international trade relations for clients, and leading the local operational support team to ensure successful project execution across the KSA market. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, secure, and negotiate new business and partnership opportunities to accelerate client growth in KSA.
• Represent Market Access’s clients at industry events, conferences, B2B meetings, and networking forums.
• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for international clients.
• Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, securing partnerships, and attracting new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed within the industry.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting international business.
• Serve as the primary link between international clients and local KSA operations, ensuring seamless execution of market entry plans.
• Collaborate closely with internal global teams to align business development initiatives with operational capacity and project timelines.
• Establish project milestones, track performance metrics, and optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Relations, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, international trade, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business ecosystem.
