Tarshid is seeking a Senior Project Manager Business Development to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the company's strategic efforts in identifying, developing, and managing new projects.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager Business Development is responsible for the end-to-end process of sourcing and scoping projects for Tarshid. This includes direct engagement with beneficiary entities and external stakeholders, coordinating data collection and analysis with various internal and external units, and providing essential support to the procurement contracting process, specifically for Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Source and scope new projects for Tarshid.
• Engage with beneficiary entities and external stakeholders to foster project initiation.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis across internal and external units to inform project development.
• Support the procurement contracting process, including the management of RFPs.

Project Development and Planning Activities

• Build and maintain government building databases, prioritizing potential projects based on strategic criteria.
• Coordinate with the Finance department to secure necessary project funding.
• Oversee the drafting and signing of contracts in collaboration with the Contracts Administrator and Legal Counsel.
• Provide support for the contracting and procurement process (RFP), working closely with the Super-ESCO project management division.
• Liaise directly with government entities at the facility manager level to initiate new projects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring contact information is current and tracking relevant updates and news.
• Conduct or outsource walkthrough audits for shortlisted buildings to establish preliminary project feasibility.
• Contribute to the development of Super-ESCO’s business plans, including defining project activity levels, proposing project activity budgets, and establishing project timelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a proven track record in project management and business development, demonstrating the ability to drive projects from conception to execution.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
