The company employs a "Treasure Hunt" business model, which involves regularly refreshing inventory to offer new selections to customers during each visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Country Head to convert strategic priorities into executable projects.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and avenues for growth.
• Prepare comprehensive business cases, proposals, and market-entry plans.
• Lead assigned projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with various internal departments, including marketing, operations, technology, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and flag potential risks, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Support negotiations and foster relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Represent the Country Head in meetings when necessary and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Develop reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Improve execution frameworks, workflows, and inter-team communication.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, execution plans, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. The role requires a strong ability to manage projects, analyze market data, and coordinate effectively across various business functions. Experience in business development, strategic planning, or project management within a retail or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.
