Business Development Manager, Electro Voice & Dynacord

Keenfinity Group is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for Electro Voice & Dynacord to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding customer relationships to achieve revenue targets. The position requires frequent travel, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work across diverse markets and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy for the assigned territory.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas, including conducting market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets across assigned countries and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and business cases, and negotiating contracts.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners, managing relationships with senior decision-makers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage business activities within Saudi Arabia, traveling regularly to meet customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
• Identify and develop strategic alliances with industry players, participating in tenders, RFPs, and large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical, finance, and operations teams, coordinating proposal preparation and providing market feedback.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports, monitor KPIs, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10 years of experience in business development or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse markets and cultures.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
