Business Development Specialist

About the Role

Baraya Extended Care is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting growth opportunities for the company, focusing on referral development, partnerships, and market analysis within inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Baraya’s growth strategy and service expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and partners.
• Represent Baraya professionally in all external interactions.
• Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities.
• Build relationships with hospitals, insurers, physicians, and other healthcare partners.
• Support contract discussions and partnership agreements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Track referrals, leads, and business development KPIs.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, and finance teams.
• Represent Baraya at meetings, events, and conferences.
• Support marketing and awareness initiatives.
• Provide reports and insights to management on growth performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Professional certification in sales, marketing, or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience, with a preference for experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical services.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market and payer environment is an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on supporting strategic initiatives across Baraya Extended Care's services.
