About the Role

Taib is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting strategic partnerships, and contributing to the expansion of Taib’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue and growth targets.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Support the development and execution of strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing business.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings, presentations, networking events, and business development activities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other commercial documents.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and support business conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and business development activities.
• Track business development performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Support the Business Development Manager in executing strategic initiatives and achieving departmental objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, innovative, and results-oriented professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, support business initiatives, and convert ideas into actionable business opportunities. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the Business Development team and senior management to support the company’s strategic and operational objectives.

Scope of Work

The Business Development Specialist will support the growth of Taib’s healthcare services by identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building client and partner relationships, supporting commercial activities, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives while ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and company policies.
