About the Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery across the business unit.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Business Operations Senior Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing operational plans that align with organizational objectives. This position focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing business processes, and enhancing overall productivity to achieve strategic goals and maintain operational excellence within Takamol Holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery across the business unit.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of business goals.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing executive dashboards, performance reports, and actionable recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, timely delivery, and achievement of project objectives.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, business cases, and operational analyses to support strategic planning, decision-making, and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve operational challenges, and facilitate the successful delivery of organizational initiatives.
• Monitor operational risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to enhance business performance and service quality.
• Support business planning, operational governance, and organizational initiatives that contribute to sustainable operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in business operations, operational excellence, project management, or business performance management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred.
