Role Overview: Business Strategy Manager

Tamayouz Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Strategy Manager to join a high-impact strategic transformation project. This contract-based role is located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is suitable for professionals with 5-10 years of experience who excel in strategy consulting, operating model design, financial modeling, and investment strategy. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and leading strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategy and operating model design.
• Develop and oversee financial models and investment cases.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive presentations and facilitate leadership workshops.
• Manage client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and coach a team of consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 8–13 years of experience in a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, a Big Four strategy practice, or a corporate strategy function.
• Strong expertise in strategy development, operating models, and investment case design.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (outside Riyadh), Sunday–Thursday.
• Experience in higher education, university investment entities, or endowment funds is a strong advantage.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, contract position requiring on-site presence outside Riyadh from Sunday to Thursday. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
