CAFM Engineer

About the Role

Egis is seeking a CAFM Engineer to join its Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on urban planning initiatives and involves overseeing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems. The CAFM Engineer will support the effective operation, maintenance, and management of assets and facilities across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the design, implement, and maintain CAFM systems to support urban planning and facility management operations on a city-wide basis.
• Coordinate with PMO teams to ensure seamless integration of facility management data into urban planning projects.
• Analyze spatial data and generate comprehensive reports for urban development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for CAFM processes and urban planning workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including O&M Service providers, architects, planners, and project managers, to optimize facility utilization.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance with urban planning standards and regulations.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance for CAFM applications and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on CAFM tools and methodologies.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing facility management processes and systems.
• Ensure all projects align with local Riyadh municipal regulations and Saudi Arabian building standards.
• Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction with the CAFM system and implement changes to improve the system.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Experience working within large-scale environmental or urban development projects is preferred.
