We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose and Context
This full-time position is integral to our customer service operations, focusing on direct customer interaction to ensure efficient and professional support. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Call Center Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Achieve established performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Adhere to communication scripts and company policies during all customer interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Experience Requirements
Candidates for the Call Center Representative position are required to have 0 to 1 year of experience. This entry-level role is suitable for individuals who are beginning their career in customer service or have limited prior experience in a call center or customer-facing environment.
Work Setting
This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Call Center Representative will operate within a dynamic customer service environment, working as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high standards of support.
