The Role: Area Sales Manager II (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager II to oversee and manage van sales operations within an assigned territory in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for achieving budgeted volume and margin targets for poultry products, contributing directly to the company’s profitability. The role involves continuous monitoring and review of team performance to ensure operational effectiveness and target attainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct, control, and effectively manage van sales operations across designated sales areas.
• Achieve the budgeted volume and margin for poultry products within the assigned territory.
• Continuously monitor and review the performance of the sales team.
• Manage and monitor the performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas meet targeted volume and margin objectives.
• Deliver the company’s targeted profit by ensuring the successful achievement of poultry product sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• A Diploma in any related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales management.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
