The Opportunity

Almarai is expanding its operations through aggressive growth programs and acquisitions in new vertical markets. This expansion has created an opportunity to join a multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans. The company is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods) to contribute to these initiatives.

Role Overview

The Divisional Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of new products and enhancing existing product lines within the Premier Foods division. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires a professional who can ensure that all projects meet high standards for quality, innovation, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development processes from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Create innovative formulations and explore new ingredients and technologies.
• Ensure all products adhere to Almarai’s established standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing, to efficiently and effectively bring new product concepts to market.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
