The Opportunity: Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods)

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods) to lead the development of new products and the enhancement of existing product lines. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on ensuring projects meet quality, innovation, and commercial success standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development processes from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Create new formulations and explore innovative ingredients and technologies.
• Ensure all products adhere to Almarai’s established standards for quality, safety, and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing, to efficiently bring new product concepts to market.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end product development projects.
• Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and is part of a dynamic multinational team focused on supporting the group's growth plans. The position is full-time, and the salary will be discussed during the interview process.
