About the Role

stc is seeking a Product Management Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to developing and managing products that align with strategic goals and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing data analysis, preparing recommendations, conducting market research, and performing feasibility studies. This position also involves participating in identifying potential opportunities and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of product-related outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver value and align with business objectives.
• Develop product requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to guide development and design.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Monitor product lifecycle stages, adoption metrics, and performance indicators to optimize outcomes, drive user engagement, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on product initiatives, trade-offs, and strategic priorities to ensure cohesive decision-making, resource optimization, and successful project execution.
• Conduct usability testing, pilot programs, and feedback sessions to refine product features and functionality.
• Explore innovative solutions, enhancements, and future product opportunities to sustain competitiveness and growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience. This experience must include working in strategy, data analysis, and reporting, specifically within the technology or telecommunication industry.

Certifications

• Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification is required.
